Once we have let your property your account will be allocated to one member of staff who will be your Property Manager. Our Property Managers are trained in all aspects of property management with 20 years experience behind them. They will look after you and your property throughout the time you are with us. They will take care of your valuable asset maximising your rental returns and reducing the inherent risks. The legal documents we use have been adapted over the years to protect your interests in law. We will visit your property regularly reporting to you, not only on how your property is being looked after but also on general maintenance and wear and tear. We will collect rents and take calls from your tenant regarding maintenance issues. We have a team of approved and certified contractors who we can call on to deal with any aspect of property maintenance. At the end of the tenancy we will check the tenant out, organise necessary repairs, cleaning, gardening etc. and return the balance of the tenants deposit. Once we know your existing tenant is leaving we will start the whole process again avoiding unnecessary void periods wherever we can. Our focus is on communication with you.
