Reducing the Risk

Renting your property carries some risk. You can reduce the risk by employing an efficient managing agent. At Sandersons Property Management we employ trained, experienced staff who are our biggest asset. However, we do not have a crystal ball and tenant’s circumstances can change. That is why we recommend that all our landlords take out some legal protection cover and we have built this into all of our top-level letting and management service.

Buildings and Contents insurance

You will need to insure the building and it’s contents against the usual risks. Your rented property will be in a higher insurance bracket than it would be as owner occupied.
