Permission of lender

Before you instruct Sandersons Property Management to let your property you will need to approach your mortgage lender for permission. With the expansion of the rental sector and increase in the number of investment purchasers it is unusual for this permission to be refused. The tenancy will be drawn up in the full names of all the legal owners and we will ask you to disclose this information when you sign a contract with us.
