The Tenancy Agreement Most of the properties on our list are available for 12 months on the Assured Shorthold tenancy. Full details of furniture and furnishings can be confirmed at our offices. We advise you to read and seek advice on the tenancy agreement before you sign it, a specimen copy will be available. Our experienced staff will be able to answer any questions on this document so please ask. If you are a Limited or Public Limited Company please make this clear to your negotiator. Referencing Process Once you have found the property you would like to rent you will be asked to complete an application form (available on this site) and pay a holding deposit. Your application will then be processed by one of our Property Managers. This process will be explained to you and you will be contacted once reference checks have been completed. | ||||||||
